The materials suppliers are approved vendors which have to be complying with the green environment protect & ROHS. We take serious actions to control RoHS's regulated 6 kinds of toxicity ( Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+, PBDE, PBDEs ). Control methods: (1)Audit supplier regularly (2)Audit supplier randomly (3)Materials from supplier must pass SGS test conducted by the third party (4)Send products to the third party for SGS test periodically

By following above steps, CCP can claim our products completely meet the GP & ROHS regulation.

    Report by Independent third party (SGS)
    Plastic parts: at least once by independent third party (SGS) in every 3 months.
    Plating parts: at least once by independent third party (SGS) semi-annually.
    Metal parts: at least once by independent third party (SGS) annually.
    Plating parts: at least once by independent third party (SGS) semi-annually.

    Plastic parts: ( RoHS six items + Halogen F, Cl, Br, I + PFOA, PFOS )
    Plating parts: ( RoHS six items + PFOA¡BPFOS )
    Metal parts: ( RoHS four items)
    Packing: ( RoHS six items + Halogen F, Cl, Br, I )
    Lead-free solder standard
    Our company uses the lead-free solder paste to solder by handwork without adding any soldering flux or no Pb contained
