CCP believes quality is a key to strike for a company's success, so we continuously improve our product quality by accept customers' suggestions, listen to the market and product innovation in order to deliver the most suitable products to our customers.
Provide customer satisfying goods, by means of the investigation of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), feed back the related information to our company for inside reviewing and analyzing in order to improve product accordingly. CCP has devoted itself to meet customer satisfaction index as well as to conduct internal self-inspection in order to provide customer-satisfactory goods.
CCP ISO quality complies with PDCA module, we pay intensive attention to every process and detail in accordance with six controls (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, reliability compliance test, CQS) and comprehensive quality management to continuously increase CSI.

Sample Inspection Process

Each finished sample will follow a series of quality tests to ensure meeting customer requirements.

Mass Production Inspection Process

CCP's quality requirement is mainly focus on the control of raw materials in accordance with the ROHS & HSF demands. Every hour, IPQC will inspect materials, and semi-finished goods will be inspected. The plating parts must pass X-Ray test to ensure plating thickness before assembling. During the assembling process, we'll randomly check physical appearance, spring force, or contract resistance per hour. The finished goods will be transferred to FQC site before stocks. While receiving customer's requisition order, OQC will check outgoing goods again before packing and shipping. CCP does everything which could control the quality to carry out quality as a trademark as well as customer satisfaction.
